Fermentation Plants
Belach Bioteknik AB offers its services for building complete fermentation plants for GMP controlled pharmaceutical production. We have experience with microbial and cell cultivations, vaccine bulk production or probiotics.
We provide basic engineering studies, preparing Layout and P&ID drawings. We can help in process design for unit operations e.g. medium preparation, reactor sterilisation, cultivation, harvesting, ultrafiltration, chromatography or cleaning-in-place. We can design, manufacture and install bioreactors, medium tanks, sterile transfer lines, sampling systems, cleaning and waste handling equipment for your plant.
We can complete the plant with computer control system. Our open control system approach is based on industrial standards. We provide complete documentation package and test protocols for equipment IQ, OQ.
